Will Risso is an entrepreneur who believes that everything is possible with hard work and dedication.

Originally from Asuncion, Paraguay, he first discovered his potential as a producer when he was teaching ESL at a private school. They needed to put together an end-of-the-year show for the parents and students, he wrote, directed and produced the show at the school, which turned out to be a great success! The applause of the spectators and his boss gave him the first taste of the good feeling and recognition that an event well done brings. After that he worked and participated in several large events while working in the Hospitality Industry at well-known institutions like the Excelsior and Armele, Club Centenario to mention some. He was put in charge of marketing and cultural event productions at a prestigious language school in a city on the East bordering Brazil and Argentina. It was there where he produced most of the larger shows and concerts, ranging from Jazz to Ballet featuring international artists and national well known performers. Mr. Risso then felt the need to expand his horizons by relocating to the United States, where under his leadership, a group of professionals have organized, produced and staged phenomenal shows in various cities across the USA. Mr. Risso founded Paraguay Talent USA, Paraguayan Music Festival and now, the latest project is his own company called Talent USA Productions L.L.C.
